The Story of Gotcha Goodies
As a biology and chemistry teacher, owner and founder, Daniel Veve, was determined to science the crap out of a gluten free cookie recipe. His wife Kelsey was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2016, and subsequently, could not enjoy most baked goods anymore. By mid-2021, Dan cracked the code and began making cookies so delicious, his gluten tolerant friends could not tell the difference. From there, he set out to make multiple flavors, as most bakeries only offer one gluten free (and usually taste free) option.

Gotcha Goodies was born in late 2021 and operates under Texas Cottage Food Law from a home kitchen in Austin, TX. Dan is still shaping young minds as a biology teacher while hoping to make his dream of cookie world domination a reality.
